School / PTA: “Hi, this is ___ with Kona Ice of Winter Haven — the shaved-ice truck. We do Kona Days for schools where 20% of every cup goes back to the PTA, no cost to you, we bring everything. Who handles fundraisers or field-day vendors — is that you?”
Sports league: “We park at the fields on game day, serve the crowd, and cut the league 20% — the truck is the fundraiser. Who books your concessions or season vendors?”
Church / camp: “We do VBS, fall fests and camp weeks — flat-rate or pay-per-cup, and we give a percentage back to the ministry. Who plans events?”
Employer / warehouse / hospital: “Hi, this is ___ with Kona Ice — the shaved-ice truck. We do employee-appreciation days: we park at shift change so both crews get a cup, the company covers it or we sell per cup, you do nothing. Who plans team-member appreciation — HR or the site manager?”
“We already have a snow cone guy.” “Great — keep him for the small stuff. We’re the one that writes the school a check afterwards; give us one date and compare the two.”
